Inspired by the founders’ only granddaughter, Sophie, who was three years old when this wine was created, La Petite Sophie reflects the elegance and delicacy behind its name.

The grapes are harvested, vinified and aged separately to preserve the identity of each vineyard parcel. Chardonnay is matured for four months in new French oak barriques on fine lees, while Fetească Regală and Rhine Riesling are aged in stainless steel using the bâtonnage technique, preserving freshness and aromatic expression.

La Petite Sophie reveals aromas of pear, peach and pineapple, complemented by citrus notes, candied peel, vanilla and cream. Mineral, balanced and expressive, it combines freshness with refinement and a graceful complexity.
