Named after Rohrbach, the historical German name of the village where this Riesling is grown today, the wine pays tribute to the place and its winemaking heritage. Produced exclusively from Rhine Riesling, it comes from a unique three-hectare parcel selected for its exceptional suitability to the variety.

The grapes are harvested by hand and fermented in stainless steel before ageing on fine lees with bâtonnage, preserving freshness while adding texture and complexity.

Mănăstirea Rohrbach Cru reveals intense aromas of pear, peach and honey, complemented by white flowers and orange zest. Generous and well-structured, it combines vibrant acidity with pronounced minerality and a long, elegant finish.
