Surori is a tribute to the Dulgher sisters, Lilia and Iuliana, whose bond inspired the creation of this elegant and expressive rosé.

Crafted from Saperavi, one of the world’s few teinturier varieties, Surori requires careful control of extraction to achieve its delicate pale pink color. The grapes are hand-harvested and gently pressed in an oxygen-protected environment, followed by cryomaceration, temperature-controlled fermentation and ageing on fine lees with bâtonnage.

Saperavi brings structure, intensity and depth, while Rară Neagră adds freshness, elegance and vibrant red fruit character. Surori reveals a delicate floral bouquet with notes of fresh red berries and grapefruit. Mineral, refined and savory, it offers vibrant freshness and an elegant, persistent finish.
